Invoice & Brand Customization
These values appear on the customer-facing invoice page, invoice emails, and printed PDFs.
Used on invoice footers next to the license. Falls back to Business Name if blank.
Primary accent on invoices, portal, and pay buttons.
Darker shade for headers, totals row, and email header.
Applied to newly created invoices.
Appears at the bottom of the invoice page and PDF.
Pre-fills the Notes field when creating a new invoice.
Tax Settings
Configure sales tax for invoices.
Most states exempt labor from sales tax for construction. Enable this only if your state requires it (e.g., HI, NM, WA, SD).
Enable for states like PA where deposits cannot be collected before work begins. Estimates convert to invoices on job approval instead of on deposit.
Geofencing
Verify employees are at the job site when clocking in. Configure how the system responds when a clock-in is outside the geofence.
When enabled, each work order can have a geofence. Clock-ins outside the fence are flagged for admin review.
Block mode prevents techs from clocking in until they are within the job site radius.
Applied as default when enabling geofence on a work order. 150m is typical.
Price Controls
Configure when the system flags price discrepancies between vendor costs and catalog costs on purchase orders.
Alert when vendor cost differs from catalog cost by more than this percentage. 0% = alert on any difference.
PTO Management
Manage rep time off, sick days, and availability for the dispatch board.
Crew Management
Manage installer profiles, capabilities, rates, and crew assignments.
Team Access
Manage who can log in and their roles.
Import Data
Import customers, crew, and materials from CSV files.
